Each morning, draft notes are prepared from the day's synced Denticon schedule and the planned procedures, in your practice's note style. During the visit the provider can dictate changes by voice instead of typing.
Nothing goes in the chart without the provider's review. They read the draft, edit what needs editing and approve it. Approved notes are ready for the patient's Denticon chart, and the AI learns your providers' preferences from their edits.
Setup is connecting your Denticon account and sending us a few of your providers' existing notes, so drafts match how your office already writes them. Your providers try it on a day of real visits before anything changes in your workflow. During setup we confirm whether approved notes post to Denticon automatically for your organization or are copied in from the dashboard.
